Sara gave us our first baby outfit at Easter. We think it is totally adorable. It will be a shame when we get baby spit-up and poop all over them.
We did Easter in American Fork and Roosevelt both, and they were a lot of fun. We made a carrot cake for the Holman's and the entire middle caved in, so if you'll notice the cake has an entirely convex shape on top. We decided to rock it that way and decorated it to match. The homemade cream cheese icing was super good. In Roosevelt the highlight was the giant Easter egg hunt. Anthony hid part of the eggs so well that he had to walk all the tweens around to find them.

ooooo, I might need that recipe for the cream cheese frosting. I love carrot cake.
ReplyDeletejust wait til you see the poop that goes all the way up the back and you actually have to give them a bath because it is such a disaster. BTW baby poop is made of some serious stuff because it stains whatever it touches. Get the clothes washed ASAP or your child will be wearing evidence of poo forever.
